History and What We Do

4SE, Inc. is a structural engineering firm that was established in 2002 and is located in historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.  The founders and principals of 4SE, John Moore, P.E., Bill Ussery, P.E., and Greg Burbage, P.E. formerly practiced at Shoolbred Engineers in Charleston and have over 90 years of combined structural engineering experience.  They have been managers of many projects in the Charleston area, all over the state of South Carolina and the southeast, and many other parts of the United States.
