Residential
4SE’s architectural services include, but are not limited to, schools, office buildings, parking garages, churches, government buildings, residential projects and health care facilities. Structural design is provided as well as drawings and specifications to be used in new construction. For existing structures, reports are provided on existing conditions and structural design is provided for repair.

Location: Sullivan's Island, South Carolina
The Wilde Residence at 2701 Bayonne Street on Sullivan's Island is a two story residential structure on an elevated foundation in the V-zone. The rear portion of the residence consists of a two stroy space with large windows overlooking the beach. The structural system consists of a pile and grade beam foundation, masonry piers to the first floor, and timber beam and joist floors and walls. Steel framing at the large windows was used to assist in wind load resistance.
