4SE’s architectural services include, but are not limited to, schools, office buildings, parking garages, churches, government buildings, residential projects and health care facilities. Structural design is provided as well as drawings and specifications to be used in new construction. For existing structures, reports are provided on existing conditions and structural design is provided for repair.

	Wentworth Street Parking Garage Location: Charleston, South Carolina Owner: Hardin Capital Cost of Construction: $7 million Completion Date: 2001 The Wentworth Street Parking Garage, built at the same time as the Renaissance Hotel, is a five level, 350 car, post-tensioned cast-in-place concrete garage structure with pre-cast concrete, masonry and metal fabricated facades. Retail and office space occupies much of the ground floor.
	Charleston Visitor’s Center Parking Garage Location: Charleston, South Carolina Owner: City of Charleston Cost of Construction: $12 million Completion Date: 1996 The Charleston Visitor’s Center Parking Garage is a 5 level parking garage with spaces for 700 cars and ground floor retail space. The parking garage includes interior courtyards. The structural system is made up of predominately precast-prestressed concrete elements; cast-in-place and structural steel lateral load cross-bracing elements and shear walls and a pre-stressed concrete pile and grade beam foundation.
